Long ago there was a boy called Maui and his brother,s they lived in a hut in the village. But there was a problem the sun was going too fast and the day,s got short.Then one day Maui said to his brother's ''we need to slow down that sun''. So Maui told them his plan to slow down the sun. that night they made strong rope,s out of flax's. Then they walked near where the sun was. Then they made a pile of clay to block them and when they saw the sun they got the rope's and got sun. So now the day's were longer.
